The lineup of the main Red Stage and a show at the Amphitheatre includes 30 live performances of bands from Jamaica, through Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy to Poland. This is the most complex offer of all reggae festivals in Poland. Everyone will find something for themselves.
„We tried our best to make our program diverse, showing all sides of reggae. In addition to established stars we present some new music discoveries, as always at the festival”– says festival director Piotr „Piter” Kolaj. Top contemporary world’s reggae artist Alborosie returns to Ostróda 8 years after his first Polish performance. The most Jamaican Italian brings the new album „Freedom & Fyah”. Another set could be called “real treasures of Jamaican music” – Tarrus Riley, a real hit maker and top singer, Alaine with her sweet voice and the saxophone master Dean Fraser, with his name on hundreds of releases from the past and present. Nattali Rize is the frontwoman of renowned Australian Blue King Brown, who hit Ostróda in 2013 with their uplifting performance. Now she is back promoting her new solo project with full Jamaican / international Band. It is hard to find a reggae fan in Poland, unfamiliar with the German reggae/ dancehall mega stars Seeed. One of their three singers, Dellé, is back with the new album “Neo” and you can expect the best music and sound. One of the top Jamaican artists of Reggae Revival movement, Kabaka Pyramid, is highly acclaimed for his mixture of reggae & hip hop and conscious lyrics. He will set Ostróda’s stage on fire. The all Maori band Katchafire became a symbol of Antipodes roots reggae. Truly special, for the lovers of good singing, relaxing mode and clear sound. Deeply mystical Jah9 is the most charismatic singer, who came out of the Jamaican island in recent years. She will perform with her band Dub Treatment. After performances on stages from Asia through Africa, Europe, Americas and Jamaica, Ras Muhamad, the real Reggae Ambassador in his country, comes as the first ever Indonesian artist of the genre to perform Poland. This year, the Red Stage will see 3 Polish bands playing special shows to celebrate their 20th anniversary: Konopians, Paraliż Band and Paprika Korps. Many fans are awaiting proven local stars like Mesajah, Vavamuffin, Bednarek, Maleo Reggae Rockers, Tabu, Jafia, Junior Stress or Damian Syjonfam. It is worth to remind that World Reggae Contest final show on Sunday will be video streamed by the largest global reggae portal, Reggaeville.com.

Ostróda Reggae Festival will last four days. The first day, Aug 11th, takes place at the Ostróda Amphitheater, then the whole event moves into the Red Military Compex in Ostróda.
